愛的同學(xué)們、家長們，
近期爆發(fā)的新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，令我們的周遭一瞬間發(fā)生了變化，因此，格里昂做出暫時關(guān)閉三大校區(qū)的決定，同時開設(shè)網(wǎng)上授課的教學(xué)方式。
在學(xué)校全力的支持下，大部分的學(xué)生已安全地踏上回家的旅程。而對于各種原因不能回國而停留在校園的學(xué)生，格里昂酒店管理大學(xué)亦已妥當安置好，并將繼續(xù)照顧他們的生活。
的確，這次疫情是我們這一代人所面對的重大挑戰(zhàn)。然而，強大的格里昂精神堅不可摧。只有在逆境中百折不撓，才能走向真正的卓越。當風(fēng)迎面吹來，我們迎難而上。
格里昂酒店管理大學(xué)將與全體師生并肩，一起共克難關(guān)。當這場抗擊疫情的戰(zhàn)斗結(jié)束時，我們熱切期待各位同學(xué)回歸課堂。
In the blink of an eye we have seen our world transformed. Life Across all three of our campuses is paused, as we support our amazingly dedicated and resourceful student community in their journeys home to their families. For those unable to travel, we have found safe places where we can continue to look after their welfare.
This is indeed the challenge of our generation; but the Glion Spirit is too powerful to be crushed by it. True excellence is achieved when the tide is against you. When the wind is not at your back, but in your face.
When this crisis is over, we will be ready to welcome our students back to class. We are the Glion community and we will get through this together.
