學(xué)校歷史

學(xué)校最早成立于1851年，是美國加州最早獲得認(rèn)可執(zhí)照的大學(xué) [2]  。學(xué)校一開始的名字叫做加州衛(wèi)斯練學(xué)院（California Wesleyan College），1911年改名為太平洋學(xué)院（College of the Pacific）。在1962年和舊金山醫(yī)學(xué)院（College of Physicians and Surgeons）合并，并且有了如今的名字。
